A new approach for a local cleaning specialist

Father and son team Alistair and Cameron Morrison have been providing pressure washing, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning services under their Kleen-Dri brand since 2011. With high service standards and a commitment to fair, honest pricing, they have developed a loyal customer base, thanks to their proactive marketing activity combined with a great record of recommendations and repeat business from their satisfied customers. 

Looking ahead into 2020, Alistair and Cameron were keen to accelerate their growth in order to establish a profitable, sustainable ‘volume driven business’ serving households in East Dunbartonshire’s affluent suburbs, whilst also preparing to launch a new anti-stain protection brand. In order to maximise their appeal to their target customer groups, Alistair and Cameron recognised the need to review their core messaging and communications activities in order to present a characterful, differentiated and eco-friendly brand. 

Following an in-depth discussion with Alistair and Cameron, I reviewed all of their existing print and digital communications activities to develop detailed, practical recommendations around how to update and optimise every aspect of the presentation of their business, ‘on the ground’ and online.

 Based on my understanding of their current situation and future aspirations, I created a bespoke mini-marketing strategy that they can refer to on a day-to-day basis to develop targeted, focused marketing materials and digital content that are well aligned with their customers’ needs and their own business goals.
