Rebel Chocolate is an innovative chocolate specialist with their own boutique chocolate factory just outside Glasgow, specialising in producing high protein, delicious chocolate bars that provide a healthier alternative to mass market chocolate without sacrificing any of the great taste you’d expect from a premium quality chocolate. 

After two years in business, husband and wife team Neil and Suzanne Robson were keen begin a new phase of growth. To create a platform from which to do so, they were keen to develop a more strategic approach to marketing that would help them to direct their activities and inform their marketing investment. 

Through a detailed conversation with Neil and Suzanne and in-depth review of their current brand presentation alongside that of their competitors; I created a bespoke mini-marketing strategy for Rebel Chocolate, including target customer profiles; digital channel strategy and recommendations for the development of a stronger, more differentiated brand. With an emphasis on practical actions that the team can put into action themselves, the mini-strategy is designed to support Neil and Suzanne as they embark upon their next phase of growth.
